Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Lipa KS's Dominik Brytka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Cosmos 1984 NewDance getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Eugeniusz Poremba hit a great ball. Andrzej Köpke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Brytka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Milosz Skaradowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dominik Brytka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Drebit in the 24th minute of play forced Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goalkeeper Andrzej Köpke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes Lipa KS got a freekick which was hit by Leon Gardocki. After 28 played minutes Cosmos 1984 NewDance got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Skaradowski. Andrzej Köpke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dominik Brytka's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute Dominik Brytka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Köpke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 played minutes Cosmos 1984 NewDance got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Skaradowski. Alfred Chazen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wlodzimierz Zagrobelny in the 44th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milosz Skaradowski during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Milosz Skaradowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kryspin Jaroszewicz was the one to do the kick off. Gwidon Lichniak hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Arkadiusz Wnukowski notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Lipa KS's Alfred Chazen. Alfred Chazen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th match minute, Cosmos 1984 NewDance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Jaraczeski to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmos 1984 NewDance's zone, Dominik Brytka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrzej Köpke came out of the goal and Dominik Brytka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Dominik Brytka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipa KS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Brytka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wasyl Mlekodaj might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrzej Köpke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wasyl Mlekodaj ran back to his position shaking his head. After 80 minutes, Wasyl Mlekodaj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lipa KS and the Cosmos 1984 NewDance players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lipa KS getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Wasyl Mlekodaj hit a great ball. If Tomasz Drebit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milosz Skaradowski hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Gwidon Lichniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Köpke having to interfere. Alfred Chazen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Poremba in the 96th minute of play. Cosmos 1984 NewDance walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
