KS Olimpia Warszawa's Miromir Zukowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Motowski in the 27th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michal Wierzchowski during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alfred Bury managed to get in a good position for a shot. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Motowski came free, but Miromir Zukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Konstanty Gniewek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Miromir Zukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Motowski in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Amir Hardjasoemantri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Benedykt Kondysar had to leave the field with a concussion. Brunatni Bełchatów made a substitution. Grzegorz Ochylski replaced Benedykt Kondysar. After 82 minutes of play, Brunatni Bełchatów's Radowit Motowski made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miromir Zukowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Brunatni Bełchatów booed when KS Olimpia Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Wierzchowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Brunatni Bełchatów getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Amir Hardjasoemantri hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Waclaw Sitko in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KS Olimpia Warszawa's Zula Fudalej. Brunatni Bełchatów walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
