After 4 minutes of play, Purple Shadows's Xilo Cortada made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugeniusz Fiszer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 7 minutes, Daniel Kolacki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Purple Shadows's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Kolacki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugeniusz Fiszer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Centella in the 13th minute of play. Eugeniusz Fiszer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enerik Hyka in the 15th minute of the match. When Izydor Jaworski fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edwardów's protests and gave Izydor Jaworski a yellow card for diving instead. Izydor Jaworski kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio got control of the ball when Radowit Luty tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Fiszer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwardów's Eugeniusz Fiszer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xilo Cortada in the 22nd minute of play. Eugeniusz Fiszer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gorom Kanø in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milosz Bury got free with Ubaldo Lluterio in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugeniusz Fiszer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xilo Cortada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugeniusz Fiszer came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Purple Shadows's Beto Centella. But to his dismay, Beto Centella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute Xilo Cortada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Fiszer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Xilo Cortada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugeniusz Fiszer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Eugeniusz Fiszer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Centella, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Purple Shadows's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gorom Kanø in the 34th minute. Gorom Kanø made a great header on Purple Shadows's corner, it was just that Edwardów's Eugeniusz Fiszer managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Kolacki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Enerik Hyka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Edwardów players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Purple Shadows were winning 0-3.

Purple Shadows's Beto Centella got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gorom Kanø's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eugeniusz Fiszer firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 70th minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Fiszer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Fiszer was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Xilo Cortada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xilo Cortada really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Purple Shadows's Gorom Kanø was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugeniusz Fiszer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the match, Edwardów's goal looked a bit too open when Xilo Cortada came free, but Eugeniusz Fiszer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Xilo Cortada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugeniusz Fiszer. Xilo Cortada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8.
