In the 4th minute, Dobromir Bartoszek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeusz Cielencki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 7th minute Bernard Trochowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, FC Alkomaty's Tadeusz Cielencki threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aleksander Golaszewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 14th minute, Dobromir Bartoszek made a precise shot to the right of Tadeusz Cielencki. Arsenal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 16th minute Robert Majdoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeusz Cielencki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Golaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeusz Cielencki made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Dobromir Bartoszek sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute, Aleksander Golaszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeusz Cielencki was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 22 minutes into the game, Robert Majdoch recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tadeusz Cielencki. Robert Majdoch showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. 27 minutes into the match, Dobromir Bartoszek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeusz Cielencki. Arsenal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dobromir Bartoszek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Robert Majdoch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Tadeusz Cielencki made a huge save. Tadeusz Cielencki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Majdoch in the 34th minute of the match. Ludomil Solak hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Madajczyk in the 38th minute of play forced FC Alkomaty's goalkeeper Șerban Encica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Alkomaty's Dobromir Bartoszek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeusz Cielencki. That made the score 8-0 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaroslaw Siwek to strike the kick off in the second half. After 83 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Zacharzewski. In the 85th minute, Arsenal's Wladyslaw Lampa seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wladyslaw Lampa the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Arsenal protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wladyslaw Lampa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 85th minute, one of Arsenal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arsenal. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for FC Alkomaty. Waclaw Wolnik stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tadeusz Cielencki. 12-0. Arsenal's Tadeusz Cielencki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Majdoch in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Dobromir Bartoszek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Tadeusz Cielencki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dobromir Bartoszek struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Tadeusz Cielencki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Alkomaty. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Alkomaty fully deserved thier win.
