Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a rather tough play, POLONIA BYTOM's Izydor Jarosiewicz got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ryszard Lerych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from D.J. Bambini-Adam in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by D.J. Žaba in the 7th minute of play forced POLONIA BYTOM's goalkeeper Ryszard Lerych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, POLONIA BYTOM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Jarosiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. Bambini-Adam in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Platini in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Lerych saved POLONIA BYTOM from getting behind. In the 18th minute Rembertów DJs were awarded a corner. Theodor Sagen went to the cornerflag to take it. Rembertów DJs's Kazimierz Tyski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ryszard Lerych in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ryszard Lerych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Platini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Platini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ryszard Lerych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Mateusz Damazki sent off a good shot on target. If Michel Platini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Damazki in the 32nd minute of the match. Michel Platini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Theodor Sagen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rembertów DJs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theodor Sagen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rembertów DJs's Wladyslaw Rzeszutek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Rembertów DJs from getting a goal against them. After the first half Rembertów DJs were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateusz Damazki was the one to do the kick off. Zdzislaw Sroka kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Michel Platini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Ryszard Lerych when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Michel Platini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ryszard Lerych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind POLONIA BYTOM's goalkeeper Ryszard Lerych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Grabowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Zdzislaw Sroka hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. POLONIA BYTOM's Ryszard Lerych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Platini in the 85th minute of play. Rembertów DJs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Theodor Sagen in the 87th minute. It was a well-played corner which D.J. Bambini-Adam managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 89th minute Michel Platini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Lerych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ryszard Lerych was a little too slow when Michel Platini got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-3. After 94 played minutes Rembertów DJs got a freekick which was hit by D.J. Žaba. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rembertów DJs had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
