Florian Mudry made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Jakisz in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Mudry saved LOTOS WARSZAWA from getting behind. With 17 minutes on the clock, Kryspin Sobania commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Florian Mudry had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Walery Huk's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 20 played minutes LOTOS WARSZAWA got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Kondysar. Florian Mudry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Jakisz in the 24th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Damazy Jakisz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florian Mudry was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grzegorz Kondysar during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Korneliusz Jaroch was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, LOTOS WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Florian Mudry had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lech Lele. In the 58th match minute, MATRIX TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Gierlach to maneuver through the defense. When Marcin Madajczyk came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the LOTOS WARSZAWA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcin Madajczyk couldn't finish the play. Michal Zacharczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, MATRIX TEAM's Lech Lele nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lech Lele who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Florian Mudry when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 68 minutes of play, MATRIX TEAM's Feliks Gierlach made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Mudry was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ziemowit Burufski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Jaroch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, Korneliusz Jaroch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-8. Ziemowit Burufski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Florian Mudry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Jakisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, LOTOS WARSZAWA's Zdzislaw Drzewucki got a free kick in the 80th minute. LOTOS WARSZAWA's Florian Mudry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Jakisz in the 82nd minute of play. Korneliusz Jaroch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ziemowit Burufski having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Feliks Gierlach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florian Mudry. Feliks Gierlach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-10. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MATRIX TEAM eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
