The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jedrzej Hatman came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by INTER Sosnowiec's Tomasz Pietrowiak. But to his dismay, Tomasz Pietrowiak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When INTER Sosnowiec's Kajetan Dlugi in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye B&B Jelenia Góra's goalie prevented a goal. Jedrzej Hatman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Pietrowiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacek Majkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. B&B Jelenia Góra's Jedrzej Hatman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Pietrowiak in the 18th minute of play. INTER Sosnowiec's Patryk Bykowski pulled a muscle in his leg after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 23 minutes into the game, Gwidon Ikalewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. B&B Jelenia Góra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INTER Sosnowiec the free kick. INTER Sosnowiec's Norbert Zbikowski was substituted for Patryk Bykowski. When INTER Sosnowiec's Kajetan Dlugi in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of INTER Sosnowiec booed when B&B Jelenia Góra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Makarewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute Kajetan Dlugi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Hatman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jedrzej Hatman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajetan Dlugi in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, INTER Sosnowiec's Kajetan Dlugi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jedrzej Hatman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 38th minute Tomasz Pietrowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Hatman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kajetan Dlugi in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jedrzej Hatman saved B&B Jelenia Góra from getting behind. The supporters of B&B Jelenia Góra booed when INTER Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Majkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, B&B Jelenia Góra's Tolek Huk got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Jacek Majkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Gwidon Ikalewicz made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Rafal Cempa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jedrzej Hatman. Rafal Cempa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. B&B Jelenia Góra's Jedrzej Hatman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Pietrowiak in the 64th minute of play. Kajetan Dlugis short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Jedrzej Hatman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Slazak in the 82nd minute of play forced INTER Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Kazimierz Gardocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. B&B Jelenia Góra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fryderyk Mocko in the 84th minute. Gwidon Ikalewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Gardocki having to interfere. After 94 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Zbikowski. The INTER Sosnowiec supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing INTER Sosnowiec would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
