After 4 minutes, Krzysztof Dulemba made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. MKS MŁAWA's Jan Chowaniec tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jedrzej Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Brudnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Ksawery Ikalewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jedrzej Soszka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a little luck, MKS MŁAWA's Jan Chowaniec got control of the ball when Lucjan Madajczyk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jedrzej Soszka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Rywin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Lucjan Madajczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Jan Chowaniec made a huge save. THE FAVOURITES's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Boruc Cytrynski in the 24th minute. When Lucjan Wielkopolski fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS MŁAWA's protests and gave Lucjan Wielkopolski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of THE FAVOURITES booed when MKS MŁAWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Wielkopolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maciej Rywin scored 1-3 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jedrzej Soszka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jedrzej Soszka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Rywin in the 31st minute of play. Jedrzej Soszka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Brudnicki in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Lukasz Brudnicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but THE FAVOURITES's Jedrzej Soszka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Lukasz Brudnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jedrzej Soszka. THE FAVOURITES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lukasz Brudnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Jedrzej Soszka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Ikalewicz in the 40th minute of the match. Jedrzej Soszka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maciej Rywin went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Jedrzej Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Wielkopolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half MKS MŁAWA were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Krzysztof Dulemba made a kick off. In the 56th minute Krzysztof Dulemba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Chowaniec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Jedrzej Soszka successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jan Chowaniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Madajczyk in the 65th minute of play. Jedrzej Soszka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Ikalewicz in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Dulemba in the 68th minute of play forced MKS MŁAWA's goalkeeper Jan Chowaniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Stanislaw Iwaszko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th play minute Lukasz Brudnicki came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jedrzej Soszka. 1-6. 84 minutes into the match, THE FAVOURITES's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Siwek came free, but Jedrzej Soszka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes, Wasyl Lato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the THE FAVOURITES and the MKS MŁAWA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 85 played minutes THE FAVOURITES got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Lato. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Brudnicki got free with Jedrzej Soszka in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan Chowaniec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Dulemba in the 87th minute of the match. Jedrzej Soszka was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Lukasz Brudnicki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lukasz Brudnicki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Jedrzej Soszka was a little too slow when Ksawery Ikalewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-8. The MKS MŁAWA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
