Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Lavritz Junghøj made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Skovbølling got a freekick which was hit by Thorkil Barvold. The supporters of Esbjerg fB booed when Skovbølling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hjalmar Wolfram didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberth Löfdahl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lavritz Junghøj went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lavritz Junghøj took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberth Löfdahl. Alberth Löfdahl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alberth Löfdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Bille, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Kastager in the 14th minute of play forced Skovbølling's goalkeeper Alberth Löfdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Lavritz Junghøj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skovbølling's Alberth Löfdahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Thorkil Winstrup cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alberth Löfdahl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thorkil Winstrup's late challenge caught a Skovbølling's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorkil Winstrup helped the player get up and apologised. 38 minutes into the game, Christopher Mailykke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esbjerg fB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skovbølling the free kick. With a little luck, Esbjerg fB's Arthur Næsselund got control of the ball when Hasan Havelinn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christopher Mailykke kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Olof Chowhan scored 1-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Næsselund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hasan Havelinn to make the kick off. In the 59th match minute, Esbjerg fB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lavritz Junghøj to maneuver through the defense. If Ferdinand Roved had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Karsten Kastager got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Mathias Bille notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Skovbølling's Alberth Löfdahl. Alberth Löfdahl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 78thth minute of the game Karsten Kastager who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skovbølling's Alberth Löfdahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute, Karsten Kastager got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Esbjerg fB booed when Skovbølling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Roved didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Esbjerg fB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorkil Winstrup to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hasan Havelinn in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Næsselund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberth Löfdahl didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. Karsten Kastager fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberth Löfdahl having to interfere. Esbjerg fB's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
