Jannich Brolyng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knud Lindfjeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Otto Strib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannich Brolyng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Saco FC booed when O-TT-O was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paw Viskum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Otto Strib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannich Brolyng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 minutes, Villiam Slott mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saco FC and the O-TT-O players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Saco FC's Thorbjørn Engsholm dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Paw Viskum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes O-TT-O got a freekick which was hit by Conrad Cassebaum. In the 39th minute, Villiam Slott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, O-TT-O's Walter Leisted got control of the ball when Thorbjørn Engsholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walter Leisted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorkil Estvad in the 44th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Thorbjørn Engsholm.

Wolfgang Bartolini's late challenge caught a O-TT-O's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wolfgang Bartolini helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Wolfgang Bartolini got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Otto Strib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Saco FC's Villiam Slott sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Leisted narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Strib, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Wolfgang Bartolini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Leisted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. O-TT-O's Walter Leisted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Gurstov in the 75th minute of play. Otto Strib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jannich Brolyng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paw Viskum hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Thorbjørn Engsholm made a precise shot to the right of Walter Leisted. O-TT-O's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 94 minutes, Thorbjørn Farler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saco FC and the O-TT-O players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Saco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorbjørn Farler to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the O-TT-O players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saco FC.
