In the 45th minute Alfredinho Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyge Oehlerich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Buster Haarby took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyge Oehlerich. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wolfgang Vesterø made a kick off. The supporters of Pheonix FC booed when Jungle Circus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xiao Bin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Jungle Circus's Florin Pruneda got control of the ball when Wolfgang Vesterø tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55thth minute of the game Csaba Kossuth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Eduino Tarin came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Jungle Circus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduino Tarin couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute Eduino Tarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyge Oehlerich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eberhardt Martinov kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Jungle Circus made a substitution. Malte Eriksen replaced Buster Haarby. After 70 minutes Jungle Circus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcel Militaru who took care of the corner kick. In the 74th match minute, Pheonix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wolfgang Vesterø to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes Pheonix FC got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang Vesterø. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorkil Strømbæk in the 77th minute of play. Csaba Kossuth took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tyge Oehlerich. Tyge Oehlerich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Wolfgang Vesterø in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Florin Pruneda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dirch Pilbak in the 88th minute of play forced Pheonix FC's goalkeeper Tyge Oehlerich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tyge Oehlerich was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jungle Circus fully deserved thier win.
