But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sofoklis Bourikas couldn't finish the play. In the 30thth minute of the game Sofoklis Bourikas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Potters's Bernhard Mondal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Sofoklis Bourikas put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bernhard Mondal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. The Potters had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
