Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Lirim Osja made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Shakhtar Donetsk's goalkeeper Donny Hooker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Meleq Tare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Louis Bow got free with Drini Kapaj in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aldo Peshkatari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louis Bow in the 17th minute of play. FC Shakhtar Donetsk's Donny Hooker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eneid Ilo in the 18th minute of play. Louis Bow took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Drini Kapaj. Drini Kapaj dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Louis Bow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Shakhtar Donetsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louis Bow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lirim Osja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donny Hooker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lirim Osja, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneid Ilo in the 29th minute of play forced FC Shakhtar Donetsk's goalkeeper Donny Hooker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Shakhtar Donetsk getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Tony Froggatt hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's Meleq Tare sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donny Hooker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Louis Bow who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Drini Kapaj when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Mali i Thatë FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Elion Fazliu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mali i Thatë FC's zone, Louis Bow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Drini Kapaj came out of the goal and Louis Bow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mali i Thatë FC's Lirim Osja in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Shakhtar Donetsk's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Shakhtar Donetsk's zone, Lirim Osja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donny Hooker came out of the goal and Lirim Osja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Shakhtar Donetsk's Tony Froggatt got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Eneid Ilo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Mali i Thatë FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eneid Ilo couldn't finish the play. After 45 minutes, Tony Froggatt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Shakhtar Donetsk and the Mali i Thatë FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Tony Froggatt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Louis Bow to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Tony Froggatt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Bow came free, but Drini Kapaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mali i Thatë FC's Eneid Ilo in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Shakhtar Donetsk's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute Louis Bow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Drini Kapaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Louis Bow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Drini Kapaj was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After 66 played minutes, FC Shakhtar Donetsk's Jake Thorn shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Drini Kapaj came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Shakhtar Donetsk reached it. Tony Froggatt struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Drini Kapaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Shakhtar Donetsk. 76 minutes into the match, Lirim Osja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Donny Hooker, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jake Thorn during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 minutes of play, Mali i Thatë FC's Lirim Osja made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donny Hooker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Darius Church was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of FC Shakhtar Donetsk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mali i Thatë FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Mali i Thatë FC's Lirim Osja got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Donny Hooker. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Peshkatari got free with Donny Hooker in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC Shakhtar Donetsk fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mali i Thatë FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
