Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Ramūnas Morkūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentas Bizauskas in the 2nd minute of play. Nojus Peleckas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Valentas Bizauskas scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramūnas Morkūnas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Geležinis Vilkas booed when Aleksotas FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantinas Briedis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agnius Vosylius hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Valentas Bizauskas made a precise shot to the right of Ramūnas Morkūnas. Aleksotas FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ramūnas Morkūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naglis Sireikis in the 23rd minute of play. Aleksotas FK's Ramūnas Morkūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentas Bizauskas in the 27th minute of play. Romualdas Karalius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Aleksotas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Romualdas Karalius came free, but Ramūnas Morkūnas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramūnas Morkūnas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Geležinis Vilkas's Rimas Labutis. But to his dismay, Rimas Labutis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentas Bizauskas in the 43rd minute of play forced Aleksotas FK's goalkeeper Ramūnas Morkūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Dekanis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Rimas Labutis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ramūnas Morkūnas, 0-4. 59 minutes into the game, Valentas Bizauskas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramūnas Morkūnas. Valentas Bizauskas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Ramūnas Morkūnas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Naglis Sireikis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 68 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Dekanis in the 71st minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Aldas Saulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Aleksotas FK got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinas Briedis. Ramūnas Morkūnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romualdas Karalius, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When the match was over Geležinis Vilkas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aleksotas FK throughout the match.
