After some careless play in the FC Ruh Lviv defense, Donato Conrao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andriy Trubin. The FC Ruh Lviv fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andriy Trubin should have stopped the shot. After 20 played minutes FC Ruh Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Illja Klochko. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vadym Yarovyi during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vadym Yarovyi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Prishtina FC's Boiken Juniku got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hickey Dunne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Illja Klochko in the 28th minute of the match. Artur Lytvynchuk took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hickey Dunne. Hickey Dunne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 38 minutes into the match, FC Ruh Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Conrao came free, but Andriy Trubin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Conrao in the 44th minute of play forced FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Andriy Trubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Prishtina FC were awarded a corner. Boiken Juniku went to the cornerflag to take it.

The wind increased when Donato Conrao made the kick off in the second half. FC Ruh Lviv's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Donato Conrao scored to the left of an out of position Andriy Trubin, making the score, 1-3. The supporters of FC Ruh Lviv booed when Prishtina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Salamon didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led to FC Ruh Lviv's Svyatoslav Krutyvus getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Prishtina FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
