Felix Ott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aqil Bağiyev in the 5th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes FC Triesen got a freekick which was hit by Andy Bjorg. A hard shot 9 in the game by Şahin Bäylärov from a close distance when the talented Felix Ott managed to make a qualified save. FC Triesen's players were relieved. Yaqub Aydinov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Ott came out and tried to block the shot, but Yaqub Aydinov slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. After 13 played minutes Şamaxı Bankirlər got a freekick which was hit by Mahir Balişov. Yaqub Aydinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Ott having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Dietsche in the 20th minute of play forced Şamaxı Bankirlər's goalkeeper Péter Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Triesen's Andy Bjorg got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 35th minute, Aqil Bağiyev fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Felix Ott, passed just outside the right post. Abdulhämid Ibrahimli charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulhämid Ibrahimli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes Şamaxı Bankirlər got a freekick which was hit by Abdulhämid Ibrahimli. If Yaqub Aydinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Yaqub Aydinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yaqub Aydinov might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Ott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yaqub Aydinov ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andy Bjorg was the one to do the kick off. Arzuman Binnätov lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of FC Triesen booed when Şamaxı Bankirlər was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arzuman Binnätov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aqil Bağiyev made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Qüdrät Ağamirzadä immediately put the ball in play. Felix Ott stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yaqub Aydinov's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Yaqub Aydinov might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felix Ott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yaqub Aydinov ran back to his position shaking his head. 65 minutes into the game, Yaqub Aydinov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Felix Ott was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, FC Triesen's Fabian Dietsche got a free kick in the 69th minute. After some careless play in the FC Triesen defense, Yaqub Aydinov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Ott. The FC Triesen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Ott should have stopped the shot. Yaqub Aydinov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Ott having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Dietsche during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabian Dietsche hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd match minute, Şamaxı Bankirlər was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaqub Aydinov to maneuver through the defense. FC Triesen's Fabian Dietsche got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute Yaqub Aydinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Yaqub Aydinov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Ott. FC Triesen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yaqub Aydinov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. A collision led to Şamaxı Bankirlər getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Abdulhämid Ibrahimli hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Şamaxı Bankirlər had played much better football throughout.
