The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. UFC Puturoasa's Petr Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yariv Beltzer in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the match, Yariv Beltzer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petr Čech. UFC Puturoasa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yariv Beltzer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ruslan Pânzaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Shemaya Zelika tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yariv Beltzer scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petr Čech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alvon Condor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petr Čech having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goal looked a bit too open when Alvon Condor came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shemaya Zelika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Sângeorzan, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ruslan Pânzaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvon Condor in the 27th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Magen David got a freekick which was hit by Omry Azraev. Shemaya Zelika was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emil Sângeorzan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 31 minute of play. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvon Condor, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Vanghele in the 37th minute of play forced Magen David's goalkeeper Shemaya Zelika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UFC Puturoasa were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Magen David's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alexei Caraman took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Alexei Caraman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Shemaya Zelika quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Shemaya Zelika had great luck who in the 39thth minute grab hold of the ball when Emil Sângeorzan from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 39 minutes, Emil Sângeorzan made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Magen David's Shemaya Zelika tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute Alvon Condor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Puturoasa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Azariya Zommer was slow to take the kick. During this time Magen David's players had a chance to rest. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Sângeorzan was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Stefan Vanghele's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shemaya Zelika was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Alexei Caraman scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shemaya Zelika, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. UFC Puturoasa had played much better football throughout.
