The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martyn Baiseitov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Heid in the 6th minute of play. Viktor Kitaev hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Ernst Cakir made a precise shot to the right of Martyn Baiseitov. FC Caspiy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Ernst Cakir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Bernd Heid in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Martyn Baiseitov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernd Heid's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's goal looked a bit too open when Klim Muravev came free, but Herbert Good reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martyn Baiseitov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Marxer, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Julien Marxer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Martyn Baiseitov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Cakir came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martyn Baiseitov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Marxer, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Bernd Heid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martyn Baiseitov having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Ernst Cakir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martyn Baiseitov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes FC Caspiy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eddy Moser who took care of the corner kick. FC Caspiy's Martyn Baiseitov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien Marxer in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Julien Marxer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martyn Baiseitov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martyn Baiseitov came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Ernst Cakir. But to his dismay, Ernst Cakir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Marxer in the 45th minute of play forced FC Caspiy's goalkeeper Martyn Baiseitov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Caspiy getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Denis Domeiko hit a great ball. The FC Caspiy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Ernst Cakir made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ernst Cakir made a precise shot to the right of Martyn Baiseitov. FC Caspiy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 55 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Cakir came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martyn Baiseitov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, FC Caspiy's Martyn Baiseitov got control of the ball when Julien Marxer tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Ernst Cakir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martyn Baiseitov, 0-9. After 79 minutes of play, ꜰᴄ ꜱᴄʜᴇʟʟᴇɴʙᴇʀɢ's Dominik Ritter made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martyn Baiseitov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martyn Baiseitov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-13. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Eddy Moser took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Martyn Baiseitov to make any attempt to save it. FC Caspiy's Martyn Baiseitov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save FC Caspiy from getting a goal against them. Martyn Baiseitov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julien Marxer in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Marxer in the 90th minute of play forced FC Caspiy's goalkeeper Martyn Baiseitov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, FC Caspiy's goal looked a bit too open when Julien Marxer came free, but Martyn Baiseitov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
