Anton Kushka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Anton Kushka slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 16th minute. When Rudolf Ármannsson fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Æsir Ásgarðr's protests and gave Rudolf Ármannsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Æsir Ásgarðr's Rudolf Ármannsson got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gennadiy Datsenko in the 27th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Real Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Orest Syvukha. Æsir Ásgarðr's Sólbjörn Guðnason couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Real Madryt. A collision led to Æsir Ásgarðr getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Hrói Indriðason hit a great ball. Real Madryt's Vitaliy Shulga got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Real Madryt's Kostyantyn Bidnyj nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orest Syvukha during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 48 minutes into the game, Kostyantyn Bidnyj recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Kostyantyn Bidnyj showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sólbjörn Guðnason made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Orest Syvukha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sólbjörn Guðnason, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gennadiy Datsenko ran back to his position shaking his head. Gennadiy Datsenko's late challenge caught a Æsir Ásgarðr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gennadiy Datsenko helped the player get up and apologised. Gennadiy Datsenko hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 78th minute of the game was made by Hrói Indriðason with Sólbjörn Guðnason as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some careless play in the Æsir Ásgarðr defense, Gennadiy Datsenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. The Æsir Ásgarðr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Skarphéðinn Ormarsson should have stopped the shot. After 88 played minutes Real Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Denys Tytarchuk. Gennadiy Datsenko scored 7-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Skarphéðinn Ormarsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 97th minute, Gennadiy Datsenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Real Madryt were the better team. Real Madryt's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
