In the 8th minute Sólbjörn Guðnason shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignatiy Pilievi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Æsir Ásgarðr's Ámundi Hallmundsson got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ni Wei Yang in the 12th minute of the match. Jarl Kormáksson charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarl Kormáksson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Football Club Zestafoni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beka Andrzheevskiy to maneuver through the defense. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Football Club Zestafoni's Ni Wei Yang. But to his dismay, Ni Wei Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With his leg Ignatiy Pilievi managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Æsir Ásgarðr's Sólbjörn Guðnason fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sólbjörn Guðnason's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Ignatiy Pilievi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ignatiy Pilievi made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Sólbjörn Guðnason sent off a good shot on target. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ni Wei Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Ni Wei Yang notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sólbjörn Guðnason who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Ignatiy Pilievi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dýri Jósafatsson's late challenge caught a Football Club Zestafoni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dýri Jósafatsson helped the player get up and apologised. Ni Wei Yang took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 45 played minutes Football Club Zestafoni got a freekick which was hit by Vano Andrzheevskiy. Sólbjörn Guðnason could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ignatiy Pilievi made a huge save. After the first half Football Club Zestafoni were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Sólbjörn Guðnason made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Irvin McKieson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st match minute, Football Club Zestafoni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ni Wei Yang to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sólbjörn Guðnason in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignatiy Pilievi saved Football Club Zestafoni from getting behind. A collision led to Football Club Zestafoni getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ni Wei Yang hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Æsir Ásgarðr's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Wei Yang came free, but Skarphéðinn Ormarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paata Podolyakin got free with Skarphéðinn Ormarsson in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Sólbjörn Guðnason put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ignatiy Pilievi. After a rather tough play, Football Club Zestafoni's Paata Podolyakin got a free kick in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Ni Wei Yang notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Æsir Ásgarðr's Skarphéðinn Ormarsson. Skarphéðinn Ormarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Æsir Ásgarðr's Maggi Borgþórsson got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Tage Lööf sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Skarphéðinn Ormarsson skillfully saved the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Skarphéðinn Ormarsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
