Polybos Malavazos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vaggelis Ruvelas in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nafiz Eminaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The KF Ballistet fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when KF Ballistet's Klodian Nika looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Polybos Malavazos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jetmir Xeci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Klodian Nika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Polybos Malavazos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KF Ballistet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nafiz Eminaj should have stopped the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vaggelis Ruvelas to make the kick off. Vaggelis Ruvelas took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nafiz Eminaj. Nafiz Eminaj dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. A collision led to KF Ballistet getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jahmir Bato hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Deukalion Sotiris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nafiz Eminaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After 90 played minutes OMONOIA got a freekick which was hit by Aigis Antonopoulos. 96 minutes into the match, KF Ballistet's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Ruvelas came free, but Nafiz Eminaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The OMONOIA fans cheered their team off the field, for while KF Ballistet had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
