An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuxila Urrejola in the 6th minute of play forced INTERNAUTAS FDC's goalkeeper Cayo Ituarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ur Cribell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayo Ituarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuxila Urrejola in the 19th minute. Sebastian Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ur Cribell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rufio Gorvea came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the INTERNAUTAS FDC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rufio Gorvea couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Nuxila Urrejola took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cayo Ituarte to make any attempt to save it. Cayo Ituarte didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Rufio Gorvea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, INTERNAUTAS FDC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuxila Urrejola came free, but Cayo Ituarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rufio Gorvea was the one to do the kick off. Cayo Ituarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ur Cribell went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to INTERNAUTAS FDC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Matia Ibisate hit a great ball. In the 55th minute of the match Tino Asprilla sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayo Ituarte skillfully saved the ball. In the 58th match minute, Criciúma Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Torre to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Marino got free with Rene Higuita in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Ur Cribell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinei Ruich hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rene Higuita came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by INTERNAUTAS FDC's Rufio Gorvea. But to his dismay, Rufio Gorvea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A collision led to INTERNAUTAS FDC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Matia Ibisate hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Criciúma Esporte Clube's Lucian Torre got a free kick in the 77th minute. Lucian Torre hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Benicio Guizabal had several of the Criciúma Esporte Clube's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Rene Higuita as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 86th minute, Rufio Gorvea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INTERNAUTAS FDC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. The crowd rose to their feet as INTERNAUTAS FDC's Rufio Gorvea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rene Higuita. That made the score 3-5 after 90 minutes of play. Ermengol Uriszar charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermengol Uriszar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle went the supporters of INTERNAUTAS FDC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Criciúma Esporte Clube side.
