An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Quintero in the 66th minute of play forced Diablos Rojos's goalkeeper Celestino Villamañan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Sergio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Villamañan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 played minutes Atlético Bucaramanga got a freekick which was hit by Weterio Caceo. Sergio Quintero took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celestino Villamañan. Celestino Villamañan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 97th minute Sergio Quintero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Villamañan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Atlético Bucaramanga were the better team. Atlético Bucaramanga's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
