Ferman Basabe came out of the goal and Tadeusz Dziechciowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ferman Basabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Juniors in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Sakura Storm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zak Tan to maneuver through the defense. Sakura Storm were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Monitor Huáscar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marvelous Ronaldinho took the corner. The corner led to Sakura Storm's Sacit Selmi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sakura Storm had played much better football throughout.
