Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baiarte Cazares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Gilesindo Tarapiella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baiarte Cazares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilesindo Tarapiella got free with Baiarte Cazares in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baldomero Vellon hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Lander Valladares came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, alianza all stars's goalkeeper Baiarte Cazares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella. alianza all stars were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Caaguazu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Placido Villar took the corner. The corner ended in Placido Villar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Caaguazu's Vincente Monzon did a great save. Baiarte Cazares came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Caaguazu's Gilesindo Tarapiella. But to his dismay, Gilesindo Tarapiella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilesindo Tarapiella during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of alianza all stars booed when Caaguazu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilesindo Tarapiella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caaguazu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
