Pedro Gallese Quiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlo Albiz in the 4th minute of the match. Malvin Vidaurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Pedro Gallese Quiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cunumbuqui FBC's Pedro Gallese Quiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 7th minute of play. Rufo Barral charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rufo Barral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cunumbuqui FBC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rufo Barral hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Arlo Albiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Gallese Quiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Conrado Faron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Pedro Gallese Quiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Malvin Vidaurre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cunumbuqui FBC's Pedro Gallese Quiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Guib Aldazabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Monzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Conrado Faron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caaguazu reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Malvin Vidaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caaguazu's supporters rose to their feet, but Malvin Vidaurre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Gallese Quiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Gallese Quiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Faron in the 37th minute of play. Pedro Gallese Quiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Faron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Gallese Quiroz came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Caaguazu's Gilesindo Tarapiella. But to his dismay, Gilesindo Tarapiella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arlo Albiz got free with Pedro Gallese Quiroz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Bocaran replaced Reyes Barcenilla. 72 minutes into the game, Conrado Faron recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Gallese Quiroz. Conrado Faron showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Faron in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Gallese Quiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute, Caaguazu's Gavino Cresconio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 79th minute of play forced Cunumbuqui FBC's goalkeeper Pedro Gallese Quiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Lorza hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
