Spectators: 197 (Terracing: 149, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) Cusco FC's Botello Canzino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Inge Tuero made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Jairo de Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute of the match, Jairo de Azevedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Inge Tuero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by André-Pierre Gignac in the 8th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inge Tuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toro Martínez in the 11th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Buenaventura FC got a freekick which was hit by José Amaya. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André-Pierre Gignac in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inge Tuero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 16 played minutes Buenaventura FC got a freekick which was hit by Ensar Irgatbaşı. Inge Tuero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André-Pierre Gignac in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute André-Pierre Gignac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Tuero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Victor Toledano came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Buenaventura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Toledano couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when André-Pierre Gignac came free, but Inge Tuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Toro Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Buenaventura FC's André-Pierre Gignac dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 42nd minute, André-Pierre Gignac reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Inge Tuero. The goal made the score 4-0. After having played for 45 minutes, André-Pierre Gignac managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buenaventura FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but André-Pierre Gignac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Cusco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ensar Irgatbaşı came free, but Inge Tuero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo de Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Botello Canzino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the game, Jairo de Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Inge Tuero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Botello Canzino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toro Martínez in the 59th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inge Tuero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toro Martínez went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 74th minute André-Pierre Gignac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Tuero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Buenaventura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hats Echavarria came free, but Leonidas Barrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toro Martínez in the 79th minute of play forced Cusco FC's goalkeeper Inge Tuero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Cezary Przybylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Tuero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Buenaventura FC's corner Ensar Irgatbaşı fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Inge Tuero quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Cusco FC defense, Jairo de Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inge Tuero. The Cusco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inge Tuero should have stopped the shot. After 89 minutes of play, Buenaventura FC's André-Pierre Gignac made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inge Tuero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inge Tuero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toro Martínez in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Cusco FC booed when Buenaventura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. André-Pierre Gignac didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buenaventura FC fully deserved thier win.
