The crowd rose to their feet as El Pulpo Paceño's Prejun Abendano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agustin Avellaneda. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Zxavian Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Misael Abarca in the 13th minute of play. El Pulpo Paceño's Zxavian Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orti Abastas in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of El Pulpo Paceño booed when Sportivo Chupeño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zxavian Abeitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orti Abastas in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Jesus Abaurre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Pulpo Paceño and the Sportivo Chupeño players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prejun Abendano to strike the kick off in the second half. Delmar Abaunza hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. El Pulpo Paceño's Estevez Abajas got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Sportivo Chupeño defense, Prejun Abendano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Avellaneda. The Sportivo Chupeño fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Avellaneda should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolfos Abenda in the 58th minute of play forced Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Agustin Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zxavian Abeitia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orti Abastas went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, El Pulpo Paceño's Jesus Abaurre got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, El Pulpo Paceño's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ascencio Abechuco fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 91st minute, Sportivo Chupeño's Hugo Abajas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Misael Abarca took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Zxavian Abeitia to make any attempt to save it. Sportivo Chupeño's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
