Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th minute Ralondo Bergada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaufred Balmaceda in the 5th minute of the match. LinuX F.C.'s Eric Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralondo Bergada in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Beitia in the 8th minute of play forced LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Eric Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Claretiano FC booed when LinuX F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Aguilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Gaufred Balmaceda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Valcarce in the 47th minute of play forced LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Eric Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Claretiano FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Padilla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mariano Castañares fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Claretiano FC's protests and gave Mariano Castañares a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes Claretiano FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Castañares. A collision led to Claretiano FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Nicholas Zamora hit a great ball. LinuX F.C.'s Keylor Cubero got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Claretiano FC's Vitor Vazquez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eric Duarte. Eric Duarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. 61 minutes into the match, Claretiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Keylor Cubero came free, but Bartuelo Cisneros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Eric Duarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaufred Balmaceda. In the 64th minute, Beto Aguilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 65 minutes on the clock, Nery Echeverria commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 66th match minute, LinuX F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nery Echeverria to maneuver through the defense. Berbiz Cal didn't quite understand what happened when in the 67 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Eric Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralondo Bergada in the 69th minute of the match. Eric Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralondo Bergada in the 71st minute of play. Keylor Cubero hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Eric Duarte made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Gaufred Balmaceda sent off a good shot on target. Eric Duarte was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Ralondo Bergada capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ralondo Bergada really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. 82 minutes into the match, LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Eric Duarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herminio Beitia. A collision led to LinuX F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jorge Padilla hit a great ball. Claretiano FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
