A sloppy throw-in by Bide Carredelo in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AlmaToran's Feo Yerro. In the 6th minute, AlmaToran's Atarrabi Emesabel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 21 minutes, Taio Ponce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AlmaToran and the Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan booed when AlmaToran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taio Ponce didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Salvadore Sotelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortun Mostoles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Atarrabi Emesabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christobal Riazos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Taio Ponce came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the AlmaToran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taio Ponce couldn't finish the play. AlmaToran's Ferdinand Berga managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bide Carredelo in the 33 minute of the game. With a little luck, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Christobal Riazos got control of the ball when Atarrabi Emesabel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goalkeeper Christobal Riazos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feo Yerro. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Garin Mesa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fortun Mostoles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Jose Barros Schelotto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvadore Sotelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 56 minutes of play, AlmaToran's Atarrabi Emesabel made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christobal Riazos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the game, AlmaToran's Atarrabi Emesabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christobal Riazos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 63 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Taio Ponce came free, but Christobal Riazos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AlmaToran's Ferdinand Berga pulled a muscle in his back after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Juan Jose Barros Schelotto's late challenge caught a AlmaToran's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Jose Barros Schelotto helped the player get up and apologised. AlmaToran's Urko Baezabal was substituted for Ferdinand Berga. Juan Jose Barros Schelotto hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Christobal Riazos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taio Ponce in the 67th minute of the match. AlmaToran were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodrigo Garival took the corner. After taking down the ball on AlmaToran's corner Rodrigo Garival fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christobal Riazos quite easily take care of the ball. Taio Ponce struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Christobal Riazos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AlmaToran. Christobal Riazos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Atarrabi Emesabel went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Fortun Mostoles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garin Mesa, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. AlmaToran walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
