The corner led CD SHETTANI's Guter Noya to fire away a dangerous shot which Opah Gol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Alexander Morera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD SHETTANI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GuateFortín the free kick. Alexander Morera kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, CD SHETTANI's Olger Azofeifa got control of the ball when Elias Pagomari tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Mainor Calderon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD SHETTANI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Mainor Calderon scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Opah Gol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Maciejewski came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GuateFortín's Opah Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mainor Calderon in the 22nd minute of play. GuateFortín's Opah Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hong Zheng in the 32nd minute of play. Opah Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mainor Calderon, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Elias Pagomari hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Maciejewski came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hong Zheng in the 47th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Opah Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hong Zheng to make the kick off. With 90 minutes on the clock, Lucas Carazo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 92 played minutes, GuateFortín's Dirk Behrens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olger Azofeifa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GuateFortín reached it. In the 95th minute Thiago Almada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olger Azofeifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The GuateFortín fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CD SHETTANI were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
