Avellano Amer started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, El Pasteral F.C's Taio Cano got a free kick in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Raimundo Sanz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kevin Verdu. Raimundo Sanz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Lastur Verdeja's late challenge caught a El Pasteral F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lastur Verdeja helped the player get up and apologised. Anatolio Montaña came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by El Pasteral F.C's Simon Taules. But to his dismay, Simon Taules quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Raimundo Sanz could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Kevin Verdu however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Avellano Amer during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vitin Ziguenza succeeded in the game's 29th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Kevin Verdu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitin Ziguenza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of F.C. Sant Sabo booed when El Pasteral F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alcadio Izaguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kevin Verdu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Dean went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. El Pasteral F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Vitin Ziguenza scored to the left of an out of position Kevin Verdu, making the score, 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitin Ziguenza was the one to do the kick off. Kevin Verdu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Dean, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, El Pasteral F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cefero Santos came free, but Kevin Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Lekumberri Laredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. Sant Sabo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lekumberri Laredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute Vitin Ziguenza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Sant Sabo's Damian Dean got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Pasteral F.C's Joel Macías got a free kick in the 70th minute. Kevin Verdu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitin Ziguenza's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Vitin Ziguenza kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Kevin Verdu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitin Ziguenza in the 80th minute of the match. Kevin Verdu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitin Ziguenza went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, Vitin Ziguenza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Kevin Verdu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Simon Taules sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 99th minute Lastur Verdeja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
