Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Fetiyerd's Sergio Encina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Fetiyerd got a freekick which was hit by Dei Moreno. Pere Fuentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hassan Huerta in the 7th minute of play. Pere Fuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Lastras, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After some careless play in the Real Club Celta de Vigo defense, Candido Bergada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Rico. The Real Club Celta de Vigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Rico should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Real Club Celta de Vigo's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Encina came free, but Cristo Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Evelio Lastras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pere Fuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonso Salazar hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Bergada during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Real Club Celta de Vigo booed when Fetiyerd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Bergada didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hassan Huerta to make the kick off. Fetiyerd made a substitution. Primo Olmos replaced Gallo Zafrilla. After a defensive mix-up in Real Club Celta de Vigo's zone, Sergio Encina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Rico came out of the goal and Sergio Encina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Cristo Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzo Baltanas in the 63rd minute of play. Fetiyerd's Rafael Madariaga was substituted for Alonso Salazar. 77 minutes into the match, Real Club Celta de Vigo's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Encina came free, but Cristo Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Real Club Celta de Vigo defense, Gonzo Baltanas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Rico. The Real Club Celta de Vigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Rico should have stopped the shot. Eugenio Urbina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Pere Fuentes made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fetiyerd fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! Gonzo Baltanas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Madariaga scored 5-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristo Rico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Madariaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Rico having to interfere. There was no doubt that Fetiyerd were the better team. Fetiyerd's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
