The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Abad during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Altza Herria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Abad to maneuver through the defense. Arcadio Caminero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hug Llinás in the 12th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Aleix Puigdellivol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arcadio Caminero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Altza Herria defense, Aleix Puigdellivol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arcadio Caminero. The Altza Herria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arcadio Caminero should have stopped the shot. Hug Llinás kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Red Hawk Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Bouzas came free, but Joaquim Trabell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arcadio Caminero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hug Llinás in the 34th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Altza Herria's Joaquim Trabell threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eder Cienfuegos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 38 minutes into the game, Eder Cienfuegos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joaquim Trabell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 43 played minutes Red Hawk Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Jordi Viladrosa. Altza Herria's Arcadio Caminero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xove Encina in the 46th minute of play. Arcadio Caminero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hug Llinás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 56th match minute, Red Hawk Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manolo Navarro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Altza Herria booed when Red Hawk Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Franquesa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Red Hawk Football Club's Joaquim Trabell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eder Cienfuegos in the 58th minute of play. Altza Herria's Arcadio Caminero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Altza Herria from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Oriol Riera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arcadio Caminero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Oriol Riera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcadio Caminero having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Juan Sánchez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Ernani de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hug Llinás's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arcadio Caminero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Joaquim Trabell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Abad, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, Marcos Saavedra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altza Herria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Hawk Football Club the free kick. In the 96th minute, Federico Bouzas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Red Hawk Football Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
