In the 21stth minute of the game Bo Kristiansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Mora CAT's Şenol Güneş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's goal looked a bit too open when Du Jian Chen came free, but Manuel Moya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plaza Babys CF's Manuel Moya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Du Jian Chen in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of La Mora CAT booed when Plaza Babys CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Izaguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Coronel Andres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Moya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Moya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coronel Andres, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Manuel Moya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Coronel Andres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 37 minutes on the clock, Boruc Petka commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. La Mora CAT:s Şenol Güneş showed great skill when he stopped Eric Heredia:s penalty. After some careless play in the Plaza Babys CF defense, Coronel Andres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Moya. The Plaza Babys CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Moya should have stopped the shot. Severino Coutinho scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Moya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aparicio Ladra to strike the kick off in the second half. If Bo Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Plaza Babys CF's Manuel Moya got control of the ball when Severino Coutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Plaza Babys CF's Manuel Moya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Plaza Babys CF from getting a goal against them. Plaza Babys CF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 94 played minutes La Mora CAT got a freekick which was hit by Coronel Canyelles. Jeremias Izaguirre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Şenol Güneş. La Mora CAT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Plaza Babys CF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. La Mora CAT were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
