After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Manuel Ramis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Ramis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renato Rivera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cedro Palencia had several of the Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 8 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Joey Molina as he didn't even see the shot coming. 11 minutes into the game, Benjamin Feal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Getafe Deportivo the free kick. Nicanor Alcaraz made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Atacan Dündaroğlu. Joey Molina made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Cedro Palencia sent off a good shot on target. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Joey Molina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Orihuela Club de Fútbol from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Adán Villar came free, but Joey Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Adán Villar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Perutxo scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Renato Rivera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cedro Palencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, Orihuela Club de Fútbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Ramis to maneuver through the defense. Xusto Saavedra lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 44 played minutes Club Getafe Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Xusto Saavedra. 45 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Desiderio Perutxo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Atacan Dündaroğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Getafe Deportivo the free kick. The supporters of Club Getafe Deportivo booed when Orihuela Club de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atacan Dündaroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Desiderio Perutxo to strike the kick off in the second half. Renato Rivera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Ramis in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roldán Martinez in the 57th minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Joey Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Club Getafe Deportivo's Adán Villar in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Roldán Martinez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Candela during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes Orihuela Club de Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Candela. Club Getafe Deportivo's Rodas Pujol quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joey Molina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adán Villar, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Zarando Redondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Getafe Deportivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zarando Redondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adán Villar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute, Roldán Martinez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Getafe Deportivo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adán Villar in the 81st minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Joey Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Desiderio Perutxo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Joey Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adán Villar in the 83rd minute of play. Joey Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldán Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Perutxo was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Joey Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hondo Roman in the 95th minute of play. Club Getafe Deportivo were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eli De Paula took the corner. Eli De Paula made a great header on Club Getafe Deportivo's corner, it was just that Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Joey Molina managed to reach the ball for a save.
