In the 7th minute Zunbeltz Olle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sainz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureo Bajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rubén Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xaime Fuentes hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Cristiano Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fillos de Breogán's Rubén Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureo Bajo in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Fillos de Breogán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torcuato Carballido to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Dinamita on Grass's Nuno Barroso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rubén Diaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Rubén Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureo Bajo in the 27th minute of play. Rubén Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Benítez in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Dinamita on Grass getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Conrado Odín hit a great ball. Fillos de Breogán's Rubén Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Barroso in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute Aureo Bajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubén Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Claus Madariaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Benítez got free with Rubén Diaz in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Rubén Diaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureo Bajo. 55 minutes into the match, Dinamita on Grass's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Madariaga came free, but Igor Sainz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Barroso charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Barroso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Igor Sainz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Ruiz in the 62nd minute of the match. Fillos de Breogán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claus Madariaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Cosme Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sainz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fillos de Breogán's Rubén Diaz got control of the ball when Aureo Bajo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Nuno Barroso took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Rubén Diaz to make any attempt to save it. Rubén Diaz made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Aureo Bajo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Aureo Bajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamita on Grass's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureo Bajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubén Diaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Nuno Barroso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rubén Diaz. That made the score 0-8 in the 89 minute of play. Rubén Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Barroso in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Rubén Diaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureo Bajo. Rubén Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinamita on Grass's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
