Zaquiel Mora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 10 minutes of play, Atlético de Candamil's Luís Aragones made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zaquiel Mora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Aragones in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zaquiel Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Aragones in the 20th minute of play forced Orgullo's goalkeeper Zaquiel Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogelio Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zaquiel Mora having to interfere. Zaquiel Mora came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético de Candamil's Luís Aragones. But to his dismay, Luís Aragones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Aragones in the 28th minute of play forced Orgullo's goalkeeper Zaquiel Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Rogelio Castillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zaquiel Mora was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Nayely Leon made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Tabor Diaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Luís Aragones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético de Candamil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After a rather tough play, Orgullo's Atauri Molina got a free kick in the 44th minute. Zaquiel Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Aragones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tabor Diaz was the one to do the kick off. Atlético de Candamil's Nayely Leon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Taules in the 52nd minute of play. Pacho Vuelta's late challenge caught a Atlético de Candamil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pacho Vuelta helped the player get up and apologised. Pacho Vuelta kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Fernando Taules left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orgullo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Atlético de Candamil made a substitution. Graciano Zabalo replaced José Marcilla. Nayely Leon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tabor Diaz went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Luís Aragones scored 2-7 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zaquiel Mora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Aragones in the 74th minute of play forced Orgullo's goalkeeper Zaquiel Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Nisio Losantos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hustaz Galego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tabor Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cordarin Solana got free with Zaquiel Mora in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luís Aragones received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zaquiel Mora came out and tried to block the shot, but Luís Aragones slotted it home off the left post making it 2-8 in the 86th minute. Hustaz Galego scored 2-9 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zaquiel Mora, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zaquiel Mora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordarin Solana, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Atlético de Candamil left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Orgullo.
