Husky's goalkeeper Felip Etxeberria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A. Husky's Felip Etxeberria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lain Obis in the 8th minute of play. The throw-in from Jordi Ucero in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vetusta's Etxepare Gil. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chus Marin during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Vetusta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chus Marin to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Che David shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Aranzubia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Belmiro Martínez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonas Aranzubia. The goal made the score 1-0. Jonas Aranzubia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Che Camacho in the 17th minute. Jonas Aranzubia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafá Garzon in the 20th minute of the match. When Chus Marin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 22 minutes had been played. After 22 played minutes Vetusta got a freekick which was hit by Chus Marin. The supporters of C.A. Husky booed when Vetusta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anxo Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Aranzubia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Che Camacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jonas Aranzubia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Che Camacho in the 29th minute of the match. Jonas Aranzubia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafá Garzon in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute, C.A. Husky's Behe Garay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonas Aranzubia. Jonas Aranzubia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Anakoz Segarra hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Vetusta's Jonas Aranzubia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafá Garzon in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Vetusta booed when C.A. Husky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anakoz Segarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrés-Fernando Navarro during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.A. Husky booed when Vetusta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrés-Fernando Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Vetusta defense, Belmiro Martínez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonas Aranzubia. The Vetusta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonas Aranzubia should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute Mustafá Garzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Aranzubia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, one of Vetusta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vetusta. Jonas Aranzubia had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Behe Garay's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Behe Garay scored 6-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Aranzubia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonas Aranzubia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Che Camacho in the 89th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Mustafá Garzon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Jonas Aranzubia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Che David came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the C.A. Husky fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Che David couldn't finish the play.
