The Beetje Moe Re-United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giel Lever should have stopped the shot. Beetje Moe Re-United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Japke Bleiswijk in the 12th minute. The corner ended in Japke Bleiswijk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MK Investments's Peter Oldenborger did a great save. In the 14th minute Pascal Bults shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giel Lever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aniol Sampil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Peter Oldenborger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giel Lever made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waclaw Poremba in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Beetje Moe Re-United booed when MK Investments was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jos van Rijswijk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30th play minutes Waclaw Poremba shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Giel Lever and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 33rd minute, Domenik Hoffhuis made a precise shot to the right of Giel Lever. Beetje Moe Re-United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The supporters of Beetje Moe Re-United booed when MK Investments was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Wegman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Oldenborger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Japke Bleiswijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Peter Oldenborger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Boer in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute of the match Beetje Moe Re-United got a corner. MK Investments's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Japke Bleiswijk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Peter Oldenborger successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmie Cai in the 56th minute of play forced Beetje Moe Re-United's goalkeeper Giel Lever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th match minute, MK Investments was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinant Davids to maneuver through the defense. Peter Oldenborger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erik Salens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 66 minute of play. Beetje Moe Re-United's Giel Lever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenik Hoffhuis in the 83rd minute of play. Giel Lever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascal Bults, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The attack was good, but when Aniol Sampil in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Peter Oldenborger made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Erik Salens sent off a good shot on target. For all the effort they put into the match, the Beetje Moe Re-United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MK Investments.
