The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Wilco Keldermans notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Pieter Beuk. Pieter Beuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juan Ayuso's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pieter Beuk firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pieter Beuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Ayuso in the 16th minute. With his leg Pieter Beuk managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Decathlon Dudes's Juan Ayuso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joop van der Schaaf in the 30th minute of play. Pieter Beuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilco Keldermans, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Decathlon Dudes's Ryan Bergmeester got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Niels Borker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Ayuso to make the kick off. Pieter Beuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Hilhorst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes of play, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Joop van der Schaaf made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pieter Beuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilco Keldermans went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Wilco Keldermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter Beuk having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daan Wegman in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pieter Beuk saved Julias Rascals Apeldoorn from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Adalbert Oblakov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. César Sousa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 79th match minute, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niels Borker to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's goal looked a bit too open when Wilco Keldermans came free, but Pieter Beuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes of play, Decathlon Dudes's Wilco Keldermans made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pieter Beuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adalbert Oblakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. César Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Decathlon Dudes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
