The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Roelofs got free with Raymond Bos in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evert Roelofs during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evert Roelofs kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Arthur Løset kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Lemel SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koos Teunissen to maneuver through the defense. Raymond Bos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guido Solis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Raymond Bos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogier Kleinman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Eddy Niemeyer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Osdorp FC booed when Lemel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Niemeyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barry Masker was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudi Hateboer during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rudi Hateboer hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Raymond Bos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogier Kleinman went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Edward Verbeek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 59 played minutes Lemel SV got a freekick which was hit by Barry Masker. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arthur Løset in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raymond Bos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute of the match Evert Roelofs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raymond Bos skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Lemel SV's Falco Boerma got a free kick in the 66th minute. A collision led to Osdorp FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Dirk Wiersma hit a great ball. Bill Geerds was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barry Masker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 70 minute of play. Edward Verbeek hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Raymond Bos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogier Kleinman in the 75th minute of play. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Evert Roelofs sped through Lemel SV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raymond Bos. Raymond Bos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Solis in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Roelofs in the 82nd minute of play forced Lemel SV's goalkeeper Raymond Bos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Eddy Niemeyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raymond Bos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Solis in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to Lemel SV getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Barry Masker hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Osdorp FC had won after a very even match.
