A collision led to Zijdewind SC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rob Deiman hit a great ball. Laurens van der Tol was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Zijdewind SC's Henry Lembeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Genkenaar in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Jan Rein Roetering who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zijdewind SC's Henry Lembeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute of the match Mijdrecht Maffia got a corner. Zijdewind SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laurens van der Tol ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Juvenal Vaz to score against Henry Lembeck in Zijdewind SC's goal. 0-3 after 35 minutes. In the 39th minute, Juvenal Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mijdrecht Maffia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The supporters of Zijdewind SC booed when Mijdrecht Maffia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerrit Driel didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After 59 minutes of play, Mijdrecht Maffia's Juvenal Vaz made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Lembeck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henry Lembeck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juvenal Vaz in the 64th minute of the match. Gerrit Driel hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Gert Smits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Juvenal Vaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Lembeck was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerard Kok during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Gerard Kok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Lembeck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pieter de Zwart showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 87 minute of play.
