Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) ASC South United's Erwin Teesing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erben Medgyesi in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Rafael van Zeggeren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASC South United's Erwin Teesing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erben Medgyesi in the 8th minute of play forced ASC South United's goalkeeper Erwin Teesing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taco Scholte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Best Junel having to interfere. Gert van Westerop recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ASC South United's goalkeeper Erwin Teesing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 played minutes FFC Merainies 03 got a freekick which was hit by Wim Mussies. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taco Scholte got free with Best Junel in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erwin Teesing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael van Zeggeren in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes ASC South United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Youri Bemmel who took care of the corner kick. Karel Bakker thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Erwin Teesing, a very annoying self made goal in the 28th minute which led to 0-1. When FFC Merainies 03's Rafael van Zeggeren in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ASC South United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32nd minute of the match FFC Merainies 03 got a corner. ASC South United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Youri Bemmel ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rafael van Zeggeren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASC South United's Erwin Teesing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erwin Teesing stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael van Zeggeren's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When Gert van Westerop came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the ASC South United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert van Westerop couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute FFC Merainies 03 were awarded a corner. Youri Bemmel went to the cornerflag to take it. FFC Merainies 03's Youri Bemmel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erwin Teesing in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 44 played minutes ASC South United got a freekick which was hit by Taco Scholte. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael van Zeggeren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Taco Scholte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASC South United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taco Scholte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 59 played minutes ASC South United got a freekick which was hit by Mirko Stuijvenberg. Youri Bemmel, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Erwin Teesing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael van Zeggeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, ASC South United's Erwin Teesing got control of the ball when Erben Medgyesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 played minutes ASC South United got a freekick which was hit by Gert van Westerop. Erben Medgyesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erben Medgyesi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Erwin Teesing made a huge save. ASC South United's Erwin Teesing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Korevaar in the 78th minute of play. Erwin Teesing made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Erben Medgyesi sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Rafael van Zeggeren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FFC Merainies 03 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when ASC South United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taco Scholte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Herbert Springelkamp sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erwin Teesing skillfully saved the ball.
