A A Arizona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OxentePaisa Salcity the free kick. Richard Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some careless play in the OxentePaisa Salcity defense, Valério Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Lopez. The OxentePaisa Salcity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Lopez should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute Ronaldinho Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 minutes, Alessandro Vaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OxentePaisa Salcity and the A A Arizona players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to OxentePaisa Salcity getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Alessandro Vaz hit a great ball. OxentePaisa Salcity's Mané Terra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nilson Hoffmann, made in the 77th minute of the game. Richard Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. During the 81st minute of the match Metin Golani completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Metin Golani a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 82 played minutes OxentePaisa Salcity got a freekick which was hit by Metin Golani. Hélder Pinho scored 3-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Lopez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hu Zhen Hong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dida Paraense in the 91st minute. There was no doubt that A A Arizona were the better team. A A Arizona's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
