A collision led to Los Bacanas FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Humberto Pires hit a great ball. Basílio Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Olívio Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Schmidt in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Tomás Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olívio Arruda. Los Bacanas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Célio Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Los Bacanas FC booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaká Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Joel Gerber reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olívio Arruda. The goal made the score 2-0. If Thiago Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Damião in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olívio Arruda saved Los Bacanas FC from getting behind. With an all-out effort, AF CERRADO's Olívio Arruda threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomás Schmidt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Olívio Arruda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 5-0. Tomás Schmidt struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Olívio Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AF CERRADO. Los Bacanas FC's Olívio Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Goiano in the 41st minute of play. With 41 minutes on the clock, Caco Vianna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Caco Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With his leg Olívio Arruda managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when AF CERRADO's Thiago Damião fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 45th minute, AF CERRADO's Ademar Dantas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olívio Arruda. Olívio Arruda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Joel Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Pires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, AF CERRADO's Thiago Damião made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olívio Arruda was left in no man's land by his defense there! 54 minutes into the match, Los Bacanas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Schmidt came free, but Olívio Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Thiago Damião cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Olívio Arruda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Bacanas FC's Olívio Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Goiano in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Goiano in the 60th minute of play forced Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Olívio Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Thiago Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olívio Arruda. In the 66th minute Tomás Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olívio Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Damião, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Olívio Arruda came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano. But to his dismay, Kaká Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. 78 minutes into the match, Tomás Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olívio Arruda. Los Bacanas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. When Kaká Goiano came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the AF CERRADO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaká Goiano couldn't finish the play. Olívio Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gerber in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Tomás Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olívio Arruda came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by AF CERRADO's Thiago Damião. But to his dismay, Thiago Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Damião in the 90th minute of play forced Los Bacanas FC's goalkeeper Olívio Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thiago Damião in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olívio Arruda saved Los Bacanas FC from getting behind. Thiago Damião took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olívio Arruda. Olívio Arruda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. In the 96th minute Joel Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AF CERRADO had played much better football throughout.
