The crowd rose to their feet as CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Elder Pena slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Almir Diniz. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Osvaldo Shantala took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almir Diniz. Almir Diniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Elder Penas short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Almir Diniz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. RWD Molenbeek's Ronaldo Novaes got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Ronaldo Novaes off the ground. The supporters of CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ booed when RWD Molenbeek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erivaldo Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Almir Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Shantala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 minutes of play, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Osvaldo Shantala made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Almir Diniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! RWD Molenbeek's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Osvaldo Shantala 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Inácio Bueno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Almir Diniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Inácio Bueno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Almir Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Osvaldo Shantala hit a great ball. Elder Pena took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almir Diniz. Almir Diniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Elder Pena scored 7-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Almir Diniz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Perez was the one to do the kick off.
