Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronaldinho Braga started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ronaldinho Braga sped through Santos City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hílton Hermes. Hílton Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís França, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bebeto Reis during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Santos City getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bebeto Reis hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Bebeto Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Rafa Batista notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Santos City's Hílton Hermes. Hílton Hermes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Ronaldinho Braga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hílton Hermes was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Santos City defense, Luís França kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hílton Hermes. The Santos City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hílton Hermes should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the game, OFFLINE's Ronaldinho Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hílton Hermes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Hílton Hermes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Braga in the 41st minute of play. OFFLINE were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Santos City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Paulo Ortiz took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luís França got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hílton Hermes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 46 minutes into the match, OFFLINE's Luiz Fábio Schmidt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hílton Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Genílson Dracena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Furlan was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Braga in the 52nd minute of play forced Santos City's goalkeeper Hílton Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Ian Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dorian Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Ronaldinho Braga sped through Santos City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hílton Hermes. Rafa Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Santos City's Jânio Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hílton Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafa Batista in the 66th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Hílton Hermes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 69th minute, OFFLINE's Ronaldinho Braga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Marcelo Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Genílson Dracena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OFFLINE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santos City the free kick. Genílson Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Santos City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luiz Fábio Schmidt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Santos City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Rafa Batista scored to the left of an out of position Hílton Hermes, making the score, 0-8. Genílson Dracena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Hílton Hermes made a huge save. Marcelo Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jânio Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, OFFLINE's Luís França sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hílton Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hílton Hermes was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Luís Paulo Ortiz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luís Paulo Ortiz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. OFFLINE played a much better game than Santos City and deserved their victory. The Santos City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
