If Xande Cachorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 44 minutes, Jefferson Schott mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the São Paulo da Floresta and the Limoeiro-PE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Limoeiro-PE FC booed when São Paulo da Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jefferson Schott didn't get a good kick on the ball. Célio Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Teodoro Jacinto made a huge save. After 63 minutes, Maximiliano Pardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the São Paulo da Floresta and the Limoeiro-PE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giga Hertz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximiliano Pardo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xande Cachorro in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giga Hertz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodoro Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordeara Igay in the 89th minute of play. Giga Hertz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xande Cachorro in the 90th minute of play. Xande Cachorro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giga Hertz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play.
