The tension between the Werneck FC - DMZ and the B-S-L players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Freitas got free with Niclas Ellhof in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Werneck FC - DMZ's Caco Corrêa in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye B-S-L's goalie prevented a goal. Gilson Queiroz came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by B-S-L's João Adolfo Fontes. When Vitório Correia fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored B-S-L's protests and gave Vitório Correia a yellow card for diving instead. Vitório Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to B-S-L getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Vitório Correia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Corrêa in the 33rd minute of play forced B-S-L's goalkeeper Niclas Ellhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niclas Ellhof made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Caco Corrêa sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Caco Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Werneck FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Corrêa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Ellhof breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caco Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Niclas Ellhof tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Salgado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as João Adolfo Fontes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilson Queiroz. That made the score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. Niclas Ellhof showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Corrêa in the 64th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, Werneck FC - DMZ's Caco Corrêa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niclas Ellhof made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 78th minute, Guga Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Caco Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Werneck FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Corrêa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Ellhof breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlinhos Sergipano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilson Queiroz came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlinhos Sergipano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 84th minute. Carlinhos Sergipano succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. Alfredo Capixaba hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. B-S-L's Niclas Ellhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Corrêa in the 92nd minute of play. 1-6 became the score in the 96th minute when Carlinhos Sergipano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. B-S-L had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
